No unscheduled calls?
Yes, you read that right—we don’t take unscheduled calls. We believe that personal and business success starts with strong accounting (we may be biased, but let’s face it: money powers a lot of what we do! 💸).
But what does that have to do with not taking impromptu calls? Simply put, CPA services can get pricey, even at the basic levels. Because we believe accounting is the bedrock of success, we’re committed to keeping our services affordable. One way we do this is by cutting unnecessary overhead—like fancy phone systems, extra staff, and the costly mistakes that often happen when a team is overloaded.
We keep our staff small, work remotely, and watch our expenses closely. We’re proud to be a small national firm and intend to stay that way. Sure, we want to grow, but not at the cost of our mission: providing excellent, accessible CPA services.
We realize this approach might not suit everyone, but we hope you see our perspective. When a small team spends all day on the phone, deadlines can get missed and errors can sneak in—which is costly for everyone. Instead, shoot us an email first! If a call is necessary, we’ll be ready to give you accurate answers without having to “circle back” or “put a pin in it.” We respect your time—and our team’s—and we want to avoid those “Could this have been an email?” moments.
